We did our best, but Martina's adorable face is almost obscured by her sweet nipples peeping through this little green top. But she doesn't mind - in fact she brought it with her to the shoot, because she says it's her favorite! Judging from the way she happily shows off her body, she's pleased when all its delicious parts get noticed!
